HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Your order will usually ship from us no later than ten to twelve business days after the time your order is placed on our website. Please allow processing times of 5-7 business days with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No cancellations or modifications are allowed on your order once a confirmation email has been sent out. If your order does not ship within the time frame, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay.
- Awakening Herbal Consciousness LLC, is responsible for packaging and shipping your order. We can show the date the package was shipped and a receipt. Our liability ends when the product is shipped. Upon delivery, you have a 72-hour window to notify us of any product errors. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT GIVEN ON SHIPPED PRODUCTS DUE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING CONSIDERED FOOD.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING COST?
- If you’re in the DMV area and spend over $100 shipping is free. For any other purchases shipping will be calculated at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- As a small business, international shipping is too much for us to cover. If you're not located in the USA, the shipping cost is fully covered by you.
IS LOCAL PICK-UP AVAILABLE?
- Unfortunately, we are not offering local pickups at this time, however, we plan to do popup shops periodically.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
- Due to the sanitary aspect of our products, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please write us using the contact form so that we may best solve the issue.
HOW CAN I GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU?
- We encourage our customers to contact us via email as it relates to any issue, concern, and or questions they may have. Once we have received your email, we strive to respond within 24 to 48 hours.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR ITEMS?
- Our products have a shelf life of six months to a year.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS STAIN SURFACES OR CLOTHING?
- Our Turmeric Scrub can stain surfaces and clothing. It is important to clean your bath/shower immediately after usage to prevent staining. You can remove turmeric staining by using a solution of two parts hot water and one part vinegar. Turmeric has an intense orange/yellow tint.
DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.
ARE CHANGES ABLE TO BE MADE ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?
- Please contact us via email at orders@awakeningherbalconsciousness.com within 24 hours after placing your order if changes need to be made.
IF A RASH ACCRUES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- Always consult with your healthcare provider before taking any supplements. Pregnant or lactating women, people with existing medical conditions, or people taking medications should consult their healthcare providers before taking any dietary supplement. If you experience any adverse condition after taking these dietary supplements, discontinue use immediately and consult your health care provider. Please patch-test our body care products and do not use if irritation occurs.
CAN I STILL USE THE BODY BUTTER IF IT'S MELTED A LITTLE?
- Yes, you can still use it! Depending on external temperatures, our body butters might melt a little during transit, however, when placed into the refrigerator they’ll harden right back up.
DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
- We're proud to be cruelty-free & paraben-free.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
- You bet it is! All of our products are handmade in small batches before each re-stock to ensure freshness and long-lasting products.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
- For sure! Our ingredients are 100% vegan.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door. The local carrier will be provided with the details of your tracking information. Always make sure that your email and all other information are entered correctly.
